The New Year's Levee is a tradition in Don Valley West.
MP Rob Oliphant is pleased to be co-hosting the 2024 New Year's Levee with Stephanie Bowman, MPP.
The event will take place at Toronto Botanical Gardens on January 13, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Come celebrate the arrival of 2024 with the Honourable Edith Dumont, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario!

​All are welcome!

You are cordially invited to the Lieutenant Governor’s New Year’s Levee on
Monday, January 1, 2024 from noon to 2 p.m.
in the Lieutenant Governor’s Suite at Queen’s Park in Toronto.
The New Year’s Levee is an opportunity to meet the Lieutenant Governor, learn about her role and responsibilities, enjoy local entertainment, and welcome the New Year as a community.
This is the Honourable Edith Dumont’s first Levee!
Hot chocolate and cookies will be served, and we will have live music and magic.
Admission is free and open to the public. Families welcome! No RSVP needed.
Photos taken during the New Year’s Levee will be posted online a few days following the event.
LOCATION
The Lieutenant Governor’s Suite Queen’s Park (Visitors’ Entrance) 111 Wellesley Street West Toronto
Enter through the Visitors’ Entrance on the south side of the Legislative Building.
It is recommended that you arrive by public transit. The closest TTC subway stations are Queen’s Park and Museum. The nearest streetcar stop is University Avenue on the 506 Streetcar line. Please allow extra time for parking and a short level walk to the Legislative Building.
There is no parking at Queen’s Park. Paid parking may be available nearby at the University of Toronto.
Please note, prior to entering the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, visitors will pass through the Visitors’ Entrance and go through airport-style security and screening. For more information about the Visitors’ Entrance and security, click here.
